30 ml minyak goreng
1/4 sdt Vanili cair
50 gr terigu protein rendah
Bahan B :
3 putih telur
50 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt air lemon /cream of tartar
Cara buat Mini japanese roll cake
- Campur bahan A aduk sampai tercampur rata sisihkan
- Mikser speed rendah putih telur, air lemon sampai berbuih
- Setelah berbuih tuang gula pasir bertahap 3x
- Mikser speed sedang sampai soft peaks
- Ambil 1/3 adonan meringue tuang ke adonan kuning telur aduk lipat pelan sampai tercampur rata
- Tuang adonan keloyang size 26x26x4 cm yang dialas baking paper hentakkan loyang perlahan untuk membuang gelembung udara yang terperangkap
- Oven 20 menit api atas bawah 190c rak tengah /sesuaikan oven masing masing
- Angkat balik dikertas roti biar dingin
- Setelah dingin bagi 2 kue, ambil sebagian oles Buttercream tabur meses lalu gulung padatkan dengan scrapper simpan di kulkas 30 menit biar set
- Setelah 30 menit keluarkan potong Sajikan
