Bawang merah 100 gr, iris kasar
Daun kari / salam koja 17 tangkai
Minyak 100 mili, untuk menumis

Bumbu halus :
Bawang merah 50 gr
Bawang putih 50 gr
Kemiri 50 gr
Laos 100 gr
Kunyit 50 gr

Bumbu lain :
Cuka 60 mili
Gula pasir 200 gr
Garam 2 sendok makan
Kaldu bubuk 2 sendok makan

  1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan wortel, aduk sampai layu.
