Ronado admits that he regularly eats a high-protein diet, with plenty of carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, and avoids sugary foods. In addition, he always eats regularly. In fact, sometimes CR7 eats up to six small meals a day to ensure he has enough energy for every training session. How is Cristiano Ronaldo’s diet, healthy isn’t it?

Lionel Messi

The Barcelona superstar stays away from sweets, bread and pasta to keep his body in good shape. The Argentina captain also stays away from starchy foods and only consumes a small amount of red meat in his daily diet.

Overall, Messi’s daily diet consists of fish, plenty of vegetables and grains, and olive oil. To be sure, the player tries to minimise the intake of salt, sugar and red meat in his daily diet.

If at any time he wants to eat meat, the four-time Ballon d’Or (Europe’s Best Football Player) winner will replace it with white meat such as chicken. The expert said, the high protein content and low cholesterol are very beneficial for the body of an athlete like Messi.

  1. Put mashed potatoes into a saucepan, pour milk, butter, salt, pepper, rosemarry and parsley, stir.
  2. Turn on the heat and cook until thickened. 3.Add grated cheese (skip if you don’t like it), stir for a while then turn off the heat.

I often eat mashed potato in various restaurants and the taste of the herb is different, some only taste butter and some are sharp herb…
And I didn’t strain the potatoes, so it was free to shorten the time.
For the friend, I used the spicy chicken wing left over from last night (bought but no one ate), there should be a salad but there was no herb in the fridge…
I’m sorry for the rosemarry, I used a measure of ? tsp because here it must include a measure, even though it’s hard to measure for herbs because the use is only a little so it doesn’t taste sharp, it seems like the term pinch is more appropriate
