Akhirnya saya bikin Swedish Meatballs ala restoran yang ada di dalam toko home furniture IK*A. Suami request tidak usah ditambahi karbohidrat (mashed potatoes) jadi side dish-nya cuman tumis sayuran. BOLA-BOLA DAGING ALA IKA (SWEDISH MEATBALLS)
- 1 kg daging giling
- 200 gr tepung roti
- 1/2 bawang bombay cincang ukuran sedang
- 3 siung bawang putih cincang
- 2 telur
- 60 ml susu cair
- 1/4 sdt bubuk pala
- 1/4 sdt bubuk kayu manis
- 1.5 sdt garam
- 1 sdt merica hitam bubuk
- 1 sdt kaldu bubuk
- 5 sdm minyak sayur
- Campur semua bahan, ambil sedikit lalu bulatkan menjadi bola-bola kecil
- Panaskan minyak lalu masak bola-bola daging sampai matang kecoklatan disemua bagian
- Masukkan ke dalam saus gravy daging
SAUS GRAVY DAGING
- 3 sdm mentega
- 35 gr tepung
- 400 ml susu
- 60 gr sour cream (optional)
- 2 sdm bubuk demiglace (saus untuk steak yang instant dalam bentuk bubuk)
- Lelehkan mentega dalam terigu
- Tuangi susu, sour cream dan bubuk demiglace lalu aduk rata
- Didihkan selama 5 menit dan siap digunakan
- Sajikan bakso Swedia dengan mashed potatoes , tumis sayuran dan selai lingonberry (bisa pakai selai cranberry atau raspberry sebagai penggantinya)
