Bluberry & cheese cream bread

Resep :
Tepung 250gr
Gula pasir 60gr
Susu bubuk 15gr
Ragi 6gr
Improofer 1gr
Vanila bubuk 1gr
Kuning telur 1pcs
Margarin 37gr
Garam 3gr
Fresh milk 50ml
Air 75ml

Filling :
Cream cheese 100gr
Gula halus 25gr
Kuning telur 1
(campur semua bahan sampai benar2 rata)

Cara buat Bluberry & cheese cream bread

  1. Campur semua bahan kering (tepung, gula pasir, susu bubuk, ragi, improofer, vanila + kuning telur) aduk rata
  2. Masukkan fresh milk 50ml (aduk rata)
  3. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan terlihat menggumpal, masukkan margarin + garam ( aduk rata sambil masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan menjadi kalis)
  4. Angkat adonan lalu timbang masing2 60gr (bulatkan lalu diamkan sekitar 15 menit)
  5. Pipihkan adonan lalu bentuk menjadi segitaga kemudian masukkan ke dalam cetakan segitiga.
  6. Proofing sekitar 45 menit atau 3/4 mengembang, lalu tekan bagian tengah adonan, isi dengan campuran cream cheese yg telah dibuat tadi, lalu tambahkan selai bluebery, kemudian poles dengan (kuning telur + fresh milk) proofing kembali sampai maximal
  7. Panggang dengan suhu 170 selama ±20 menit
