SNOW BALL KEJU LUMER

Bahan-bahan

  • 200 gr mentega/ butter (Wisjman kaleng kecil)
  • 500 gr margarine (blueband cake &cookies)
  • 850 gr terigu protein sedang, kurang lebih
  • 5 sdm Gula Halus ayak
  • 4 sachet Susu Bubuk dancow
  • 7 butir Kuning Telur
  • 150 gr Keju parut (100 keju edam + 50 kraff chedar)
  • 200 gr butter (small Wisjman canned)
  • 500 gr margarine (blueband cake & cookies)
  • Approximately 850 gr medium protein flour
  • 5 tbsp sifted powdered sugar
  • 4 sachets Dancow powdered milk
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 150 gr grated cheese (100 gr edam cheese + 50 gr cheddar cheese)
  • Untuk taburan : Gula Halus donat + susu bubuk dancow secukupnya ayak

Cara membuat SNOW BALL KEJU LUMER:

  1. Mixer mentega, margarine dan gula halus selama 2 menit
  2. Masukkan kuning telur lalu mixer sampai tercampur rata.
  3. Masukkan keju parut lalu mixer lagi selama 2 menit
  4. Masukkan susu bubuk, tepung sedikit2 aduk Pakai spatula, rata.raba dengan tangan rasakan adonan sudah pas tidak lembek dan tidak keras, tepung bisa di kurangi atau di tambah.
  5. Kalau sudah rata lalu bentuk sesuai selera, tata di loyang tanpa di oles margarin.
  6. Panaskan dulu ovennya
  7. Lalu Panggang di oven, bawahnya sudah kecoklatan.angkat kurang lebih 35 menit, kenali oven masing2.
    Dinginkan kuenya selama 5 menit terus langsung gulingkan kecampuran gula halus + susu bubuk , biar nempel gulanya.
  8. biarkan dingin, baru masuk toples.
  1. Mix butter, margarine, and powdered sugar with a mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Add egg yolks and mix until well combined.
  3. Add grated cheese and mix again for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add powdered milk and flour, stirring with a spatula until well combined. Use your hands to feel the dough; it should be neither too soft nor too hard. Adjust the amount of flour if needed.
  5. Once the dough is ready, shape it according to your preference and place it on a baking tray without greasing it with margarine.
  6. Preheat the oven.
  7. Bake in the oven until the bottom is lightly browned, approximately 35 minutes. Be aware of individual oven settings.
  8. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll them in a mixture of powdered sugar and powdered milk so that the mixture sticks to them.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool completely before storing them in a jar.
