600 gram terigu protein tinggi
3 sdt ragi instant
100 gram gula
1 butir telur
325 ml susu cair dingin/air es
Bahan II
70 gram mentega/margarin
1 sdt garam
Bahan III
Pisang raja (tumis dulu jika mau awet)
Messes
Caranya:
Uleni Bahan I hingga kalis
Masukkan Bahan II uleni hingga elastis
Bulatkan, istirahatkan 45-60 menit sambil ditutup plastik
Kempeskan, potong @ 40 gram (selera)
Bulatkan, istirahatkan 15 menit
Gilas nemanjang, isi Bahan III, gulung
Istirahatkan sampai double size kurleb 45-60 menit
Oles susu uht
Oven suhu 200 dc selama 15 menit
Angkat, segera oles butter/margarin
