Mau ikut meramaikan rangkaian acara menuju Kopdar Akbar LangsungEnak di Surabaya tanggal 5 November 2022,
Salah satunya Lomba Resep Online ini.

Kesempatan kali ini saya membuat Roti manis pisang yang saya modif , karena Roti pisang ini kesukaan almarhum Ayah saya, jadi ingin mengenang ini ceritanya. Dengan menggunakan Tepung Interflour Group Interflour Gerbang yang berprotein tinggi, Ragi Instant Fermipan dan Thai tea Drink dari Chefmate .

Roti ini sebenarnyaa adonan roti manis, saya pake resep thaiwan bread.
Roti ini saya namakan
HOT DOG BANANA THAI TEA

Pada resep ini saya mencampurkan bubuk thai tea yang saya campur susu cair kedalam adonan atau dough nya, katanya roti manis kok Hotdog, yaa hothog ini kegemaran anak anak, jadi saya padukan kue kesukaan orang orang terkasih

Dan ketika di coba anak anak kaget , mama kok ada thai teanya seger sekali, jadi tanpa harus membuat minuman, kita sudah bisa merasakan rasa thai tea pada Roti nya.

HOT DOG BANANA THAI TEA
Rumah Kue Tenrilangi

Bahan 1:

350gram tepung gerbang
150gram tepung kompas
8gram ragi instan
3gram bread inprover
80gram gula pasir
35gram susu bubuk

Bahan 2 :

1butir telor
2butir kuning telor
50gram bubuk thai tea drink
150cc susu cair
(campur thai tea drink dengan susu cair sampai rata sisihkan)

Bahan 3 :

3gram garam
50gram butter

Bahan olesan :
100ml susu evaporasi

Bahan toping :

6biji pisang raja matang, dipanggang dengan 2sdm butter + 1sdm gula palm (sisihkan belah bagian tengah memanjang jangan sampai putus)
4lembar keju slice
50gram gula palm
50gram air putih (masak palm sugar setelah menjadi karamel kecil kan api, lalu masukan air aduk rata sisihkan)

Cara membuat HOT DOG BANANA THAI TEA

masukan bahan 1, aduk rata
masukan bahan 2 (untuk telor langsung masukan semua) untuk cairan thai tea drink masukan secara bertahan hingga adonan yang diinginkan cukup,
aduk hingga 7/8 kalis
lalu masukan bahan 3 aduk hingga kalis
diamkan selama 15menit sembari di tutup hingga adonan mengembang
kempiskan adonan, timbang seberat 50gram, rounding rehatkan selama 15menit
ambil adonan gilas dan bentuk bulat memanjang seperti roti hotdog, lakukan sampai habis lalu diamkan selama 30menit atau sampai mengembang
panaskan oven dengan suhu 180derajat celsius
oles roti dengan bahan olesan, lalu oven selama 18-20menit (sesuaikan dengan oven masing masing)
setelah matang oles butter
belah adonan memanjang beri keju, pisang dan kacang , lalu tuang saos karamel
