Pempek Adaan by Yulinda Sari

Makanan pavorit dikala dingin-dingin, hujan-hujan dan setiap saat ?

Bahan :
– 500 gr daging ikan tenggiri yang sudah di haluskan/giling
– 1 bungkus santan kara kecil (65ml)
– 1 butir telur utuh, 2 kuning telur
– 300 ml air
– 15 gr garam halus
– 1/2 sdt lada halus
– 1 bungkks royko (6gr) (optional)
– bawang merah yang di giling kasar secukupnya atau 1 batang daun bawang iris halus
– 150 gr sagu tani
– 50 gr tepung terigu

Cara buat:
* campur jadi satu daging ikan, telur, air, santan kara, garam, lada dan royko, mixer sampai tercampur rata. matikan mixer.
* Masukan bawang merah giling atau daun bawang, tepung sagu dan tepung terigu aduk rata sampai tercampur.
* Bulatkan adonan seperti membentuk bakso lalu goreng sampai matang.

Note: biar hasil pempeknya tetap bulet setelah diangkat:
1. Pastikan minyak telah panas sebelum menggoreng, ketika pempeknya mulai mengambang kecilkan api sampai pempek matang
2. Minyak harus banyak
