Maaf yaa bunda.. Kalau saya numpang setor lagi.. Menu makan siangku.. Bunda masak apa hari ini?

Bahan:

– 1/2 kg Ikan bandeng segar, bersihkan sisik dan jeroannya, cuci sampai bersih. Beri air perasan jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam, diamkan 10 menit. Cuci bersih kembali.

Bumbu rendaman:
– 3 siung bawang putih
– 1 cm kunyit
– Ketumbar secukupnya
– Garam secukupnya
# Ulek hingga halus, bisa juga menggunakan bumbu racik ikan goreng instan

Bumbu sambal pecak:
– 5 siung bawang merah
– 2 siung bawang putih
– 10 buah cabai merah
– 6 buah cabai rawit
– 1 tomat
– 1 sdt terasi
– 1 sdt air perasan jeruk
– Garam secukupnya
– Gula pasir secukupnya

Cara membuat:
– Beri ikan bumbu rendaman. Diamkan 15 menit agar bumbu meresap. Lalu goreng hingga matang. Sisihkan.
– Goreng bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, cabai rawit, tomat asal layu saja.
– Siapkan cobek beri terasi, garam, gula pasir secukupnya. Tambahkan semua bahan yang sudah digoreng lalu ulek kasar. Ambil ikan lalu penyet dengan sambal dan kucuri dengan air perasan jeruk limau.
– Siap disajikan dengan nasi hangat.
