Kuker Sangkur by Puji Rahayu

Kuker Sangkur

Bahan:
200gr margarin
50gr butter
150gr gula halus
4buah pisang (200gr), haluskan
2sdm tepung maizena
2sdm susu bubuk
1/2sdt baking powder
350gr tepung terigu
kurma, potong kecil-kecil

Cara:
Mixer margarin, butter dan gula halus sampai lembut.
Masukkan pisang, campur rata. Matikan mixer.
Masukkan tepung-tepungan sedikit demi sedikit.
Masukkan kurma. Aduk rata.
Sendokkan di loyang, oven sampai matang.

Belum nyobain rasanya gimana, cuma aromanya pisang bangeettt.. Kalau Akilla sih sudah nyomot berkali-kali, katanya enak.. hihihi..
Oia, ini ngovennya lamaaaa amiiiittt… sekitar 45menit. Lama keringnya.. huhuhu.. Apa mungkin harus ditambah BPnya atau baking soda juga..
Next, pengen nyoba lagi.. suka sama aroma pisangnya
